Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
Stravenci ships within 1-2 business days from order placement. Standard delivery within the United States is 7-14 business days. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center. Allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update with carrier scan events.
Order processing: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Custom or out-of-stock items may have extended processing times.
Address accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be reshipped at our cost.
International orders: We currently ship within the United States only.
Carrier service standards: Stravenci hands packages to professional carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and partner logistics networks. Once a package is in carrier custody, transit time and delivery scheduling are managed by the carrier under their published service standards. Stravenci's role is order fulfillment and handoff to carrier; carrier-level transit times, delays from weather, customs, sorting facility issues, or other circumstances outside our direct control fall under the carrier's service terms rather than Stravenci's order processing scope. Compensation for transit-related delays beyond our 1-2 business day fulfillment window is governed by the applicable carrier's policy.
Lost or stuck packages: If your package shows no tracking movement for 10+ days, contact us at stravenci@gmail.com.
