Returns & Refunds
Stravenci offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your purchase doesn't meet expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Return process: Email stravenci@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Condition: Products must be in working condition. Lightly used items are accepted; significantly degraded condition may result in a partial refund.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked carrier service.
Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue refunds to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2-7 business days to post the refund.
Defective products: If your product is defective on arrival or fails within 30 days of normal use, we cover replacement at no charge. Email stravenci@gmail.com with photos or video of the defect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
